IMPORTANT SHOPPING INFORMATION

Shipping within the USA:  Your order will ship within 3 business days, unless you are notified otherwise.  Your order will be shipped by USPS (usually), UPS or Fedex.  Tracking and/or delivery confirmation will be included and you will receive an email notification with this tracking/delivery confirmation number when the order has shipped along with an estimated delivery date.  Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 for your entire order.  Shipping is free if only a gift card is ordered or if the order is picked up at the store.

Shipping outside of the USA:  Please contact us at info@aquabluefm.com for a quote based on the items you would like to order.

Packaging:  We want to make sure your item(s) arrive safe and sound, so we always use an adequate amount of packing materials to help ensure safe delivery.  But, we also want to be environmentally conscious, so we typically use previously used packing supplies such as bubble wrap and cardboard boxes.  All packing materials that we re-use will be in good, clean condition.

Out of Stock:  If any items are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to find out if you would like to wait for the items, cancel that portion of the order, or cancel the entire order. 

Returns:  Please contact us at info@aquabluefm.com or 701-281-6465 within 30 days of receipt of your order if you would like to return all or part of your order.  We will provide you with a return confirmation number.  You are responsible for return shipping charges and we encourage you to use delivery confirmation or a tracking number and consider having your shipment insured.  We will process your refund once the items are received.
